From Start to Saving Results
Although input fields vary by tool, the basic workflow is the same.
Add Original
Click the file selection area or drag and drop files into it. For tools that support multiple files, check the list order and each filename.
Review Options
Select options that affect the result, such as output format, quality, bitrate, and time range. If you are unsure, you can start with the default settings shown on the screen.
Run and Monitor Progress
Click the Run button once and wait until the completion indicator appears. Large videos and documents may take longer depending on file size and server conditions.
Review and Save Results
Check the file extension and size of each result, then choose to save files individually or download all results as a ZIP. Converted results are created as separate files from the originals.
How to handle files and personal information securely
Before uploading files containing sensitive information such as South Korean resident registration numbers, contract details, or confidential company information, consider redacting unnecessary details. After receiving the results, review the intended recipients and file metadata before sharing.
What to check when errors occur
- Check whether the file extension matches the actual file format.
- Check whether the document is password-protected or the media file is corrupted.
- Video and audio conversion may fail for specialized files that use unsupported codecs.
- Refresh the browser, and do not run the same request repeatedly in quick succession.
